"I’ve been with Brady Bower and State Farm for years, and I really can’t say enough good things about the service we’ve received. We have our vehicles insured with them, and whether we’ve needed to file a claim, make changes to a policy, or just ask a question, they’ve always been great to work with.

Over the years, other insurance companies have given me quotes, and some have actually come in cheaper. But I’ve learned that lower rates don’t always mean better value, and they definitely don’t guarantee better service. That’s a big reason we’ve stayed with Brady all these years.

I also want to give a special shout-out to Ashley Dawkins. She’s been absolutely wonderful to work with! Always friendly, responsive, and willing to help. It’s nice to be able to pick up the phone, talk to someone who knows what they’re doing, and get things handled without a bunch of back-and-forth.

Good customer service means a lot to me, and Brady and his team have consistently delivered. I appreciate them and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for an insurance agent."
